Studio in Fremantle
Simply Renovate built a studio for us in Fremantle, The property was heritage listed, built in 1897 so all the challenges of meeting Heritage Commission and Council planning requirements plus very old services added to the complexity of the build.
We were delighted with the end product but we were also extremely happy with the process. Brian is a great communicator. He regularly consulted with us and considered each step carefully, often discussing options which he thought would improve the outcome. He is a perfectionist and while he did much of the work himself, he employed experienced tradesmen for specialist tasks. These tradesmen all did work of a high standard.

Atrium Renovation
Simply Renovate carried out a major renovation of an atrium in Orange Grove for us. The atrium was a 30 year old link between the main house and a granny flat and is 18 metres by 4 metres. The task required new timbers, recladding and replacement of box gutters which had always over-flowed and leaked. Brian viewed the job and recommended the approach, plus provided a quote.
The end result was terrific. The cladding recommended by Brian keeps the area cool, the box gutters and modifications to the downpipes has eliminated all leaking and excess water problems and the atrium is now a well-used, attractive extension to our home. The task was completed ahead of time and under budget and Brian reduced his invoice accordingly.
We would strongly recommend Simply Renovate for similar work.
